1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized representatives.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment and receipt of a confirmation email or invoice.
• The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and authorized to make decisions for the group.

2. Payments

• A minimum deposit (as specified in your package) is required to confirm your booking.
• The balance payment must be made before the travel date, as specified in the booking confirmation.
• Payments can be made via credit/debit card, UPI, bank transfer, or other available methods.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation by Customer:

• 30+ days before travel: 90% refund
• 15–29 days: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days: No refund

Cancellation by YourTours.in:

• We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).
• A full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

4. Travel Documents & Insurance

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all required documents (ID proof, passport, permits) are valid.
• Travel insurance is optional but highly recommended. We do not provide insurance unless specified in the package.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Follow local laws, respect cultural norms, and adhere to safety instructions from guides.
• Any damage to property or violation of local regulations during the trip is the sole responsibility of the traveler.

6. Liabilities & Limitations

• YourTours.in acts only as an agent for transportation, hotels, and other services.
• We are not liable for delays, losses, accidents, or injuries beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for changes in itineraries caused by weather, government restrictions, or force majeure events.

7. Package Inclusions/Exclusions

• Please review the inclusions and exclusions listed with each package.
• Anything not explicitly mentioned as "included" will be considered an exclusion.

8. Changes to Itinerary

• Minor adjustments may be made to the itinerary for safety, weather, or operational reasons.
• Major changes will be informed to the customer in advance wherever possible.

9. Use of Images & Testimonials

• By booking with us, you grant permission to use your photos/videos/testimonials taken during tours for promotional purposes, unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

10. Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy. Personal details shared with us will only be used for booking and communication purposes.

11. Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Siliguri, West Bengal courts.
